Can i call you before i order to see what you have?
We are an online retailer only, please check our socials to see what we have daily or if you're after something specific please contact us through the contact us page
When will my flowers be delivered?
Our orders are sent out from our Hampton based studio at 1pm.
How will i know when my flowers will be delivered?
You will receive a text message upon delivery
What if nobody is home?
If no one is home at the time of delivery, our couriers will carefully leave your Flowers in a safe, shaded spot at the front door.
Our arrangements are prepared to stay fresh and hydrated for several hours, as long as they’re kept out of direct sunlight and heat.
For apartments or locations that may be difficult to access, we recommend leaving clear delivery instructions in the “order notes” at checkout so we can ensure a smooth and safe delivery.
If we’re unable to access the property and cannot get in contact with you, the bouquet will be returned to our studio and a re-delivery fee will apply.

I Cant find my posctcode for delivery?
If your postcode is not showing we may not be able to deliver to your area.
If it is for any Events products we reccomend contacting us to see if we can fit you in.
If it is for Same-Day Delivery your more than welcome to contact us and we can see if we have availability that day for delivery to your suburb
